Det blir ju mycket Oneness här på bloggen, jag kan inte rå för det, det bara bubblar. Men jag vill också passa på att ge lite boktips som berättar om exakt samma (som jag tolkar det) andliga lära som Oneness fast med andra ord och termer. Jag själv tycker det känns tryggt när lärorna kommer från flera håll och ändå pekar mot samma punkt, det gör i allafall mitt sinne tryggt. Fast punkten just dessa böcker pekar mot är att öppna upp sig för själen och det gudomliga och leva ett större liv än just det liv som sinnet fångat oss i. Här är några av de andliga böcker jag läst nyligen;
Lev livet fullt ut, Eckhart Tolle.
En ny jord, Eckhart Tolle
Skapa dig själv på nytt, Deepak Chopra
Pathway of joy, Dave DeLuca
Untethered Soul, Michael Singer
De fyra insikterna, Alberto Villoldo
Vägen till insikt, Arjuna Ardagh
Footprints on the Path, Eileen Caddy

In the stillness of your presence, you can feel your own formless and timeless reality as the unmanifested life that animates your physical form. You can then feel the same life deep within every other human and every other creature. You look beyond the veil of form and separation. This is the realization of oneness. This is love.
Eckhart Tolle
When you can experience the Awareness of your body, your thoughts and your emotions.
Instantly you realise, this is not who you really are – There it is
Freedom, You are at ease, enjoy!

If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.
Meister Eckhardt
Eckhart Tolle
Gratefulness for what is there is one of the most powerful tools for creating what is not yet there.
What does gratefulness mean?
It means you appreciate what is.
You value, you give attention to, you honor whatever is here at this moment.
The Buddha is said to have given a silent sermon once during which he held up a flower and gazed at it. After a while, one of those present, a monk called Mahakasyapa, began to smile. He is said to have been the only one who had understood the sermon.
